"Tom and Rebecca were absolutely fabulous! To say they are Seattle and Washington's dynamic duo would be an understatement. First off, let me start by saying that we were first-time homeowners who are detail-oriented and particular - pretty much a realtor's nightmare. Tom and Rebecca took the time to figure out what we were looking for, our must-haves, and things we didn't even realize we cared about, while being extremely patient with our, at times, indecisiveness. Their knowledge of the Seattle market, as well as the complex new zoning laws with all their nuances, enabled us to be prepared when we were looking at homes and to foresee possible complications or issues that we didn't even realize were there. Tom and Rebecca each specialize in different aspects of their profession, and because of that, the relationship between the two was synergetic and seamless. There is a business and emotional side to buying a home, and Rebecca knows how to navigate both really well. We were on a short timeline for buying a home, and Rebecca and Team devoted a lot of resources to help us be successful. When we closed, Rebecca's hospitality really showed through in her thoughtfulness, preparation, and gifts. The only minor nit is that we wish she had stood up to my wife and me to hold out for a slightly lower price. We had just lost an offer, and we didn't want to lose this one, so we rushed in quickly. We could likely've negotiated it down 2-3%, but in the grand scheme of things, we still love love our house, and we would've taken it even if it was more! The risk and reward tradeoff on another 2-3% discount was likely to be in our favor, but Rebecca's human side came through, and I think she wanted us to be successful 100% :) and not feel the loss again.
