First off, let me start by saying that we were first-time homeowners who are detail-oriented and particular - pretty much a realtor's nightmare. Tom and Rebecca took the time to figure out what we were looking for, our must-haves, and things we didn't even realize we cared about, while being extremely patient with our, at times, indecisiveness.
